When we walked into the Crye-Leike office to meet an agent, we had no idea how lucky we were to have found Kim Johnson in the office that day. From that initial meeting through closing on our new home, Kim consistently exceeded our expectations. She listened to what we wanted in a home and showed us several that met our requirements. She was helpful without being pushy. As residents of another state, Kim explained the development plan for the trail system as well as the commercial growth in the area. She was well informed on all aspects of the housing market. She assisted us through all stages of the process with competence and dedication. On the morning of our closing date, on the final walkthrough, we found the sellers still in the home with 80% of their belongings. We were upset, to put it mildly. Kim handled the problem with professionalism. She sent us back to our RV with a huge cinnamon roll, suggested we enjoy the sunny day and assured us she would handle everything. Kim flew into action! She called the listing agent, arranged for a storage unit, rented a huge truck, hired movers and hauled away trash herself. She kept us posted throughout the day on the progress of the seller's move out of the house. We were able to close at 4pm that day only because of Kim's extraordinary efforts.
